1:1 Coaching

 Focused 1:1 sessions to help you get clear, make decisions, and take realistic next steps with calm support and accountability.

While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.


 That’s common. We’ll reduce overwhelm, focus on small actions, and build steady momentum. 


 No. We can start with what feels stuck or unclear and build from there. 


Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
